Modpack updated to 1.20.1

Untold Destiny Revelations has been updated to version 1.20.1. Get the update here! This is likely to be the last major release of the modpack for Minecraft 1.12.2. Many mod developers have moved on to newer versions of Minecraft. It has been a year since the last modpack update, so there are dozens of mods that have been updated in this version of the pack. Here’s a full list of the updated mods.

There’s no need to fret about the last major update!

Some very large mods have been streamlined to load faster and improve performance. The initial load time is still very long. Grab a cup of tea while you wait!

Version 1.18 released!

Untold Destiny Revelations 1.18 is now released. Make sure to stop by the How to Connect page to get the details on how to install or upgrade. One mod was added: Fureniku’s Roads. The following mods were updated:

  • Advanced Rocketry to 1.7.0-209
  • Astral Sorcery to 1.10.23
  • Brandon’s Core to 2.4.18.210
  • Draconic Evolution to 2.3.25.351
  • Dynamic Trees to 0.9.7
  • Immersive Railroading to 1.7.3

Chunk generation lag

This is just a reminder that chunk generation requires a lot of server computing power. Generating a lot of new chunks will invariably cause lag. This isn’t a problem, but it is part of our world. Let people know if you’re exploring and will cause lag! People generally won’t mind if you let them know.
